This online audio course is designed to support the big emotions that can rise in motherhood, rage, grief, anxiety, loneliness, numbness, fear and more. It’s a nervous system centred series of short talks and guided meditations with each day around 16 minutes. Across five embodied practices, you’re invited to slow down, soften, and meet what’s here with care. Delivered via an online course platform, you can listen in any order and come back at any time. Access is for 12 months.
