It All Belongs
A gentle, self-paced audio course for postpartum and early motherhood
Motherhood often arrives with an unspoken demand to be calm, present, patient and emotionally available at all times.
When big feelings rise in motherhood, many women are told to calm down, cope better, or just be grateful.
This course offers something different.
It helps you meet overwhelm, mum guilt, numbness, irritation and emotional intensity through gentle meditation, soothing touch, movement and nervous system support.
So you can feel more steady, more compassionate toward yourself, and less alone in what motherhood is asking of you.
you feel emotionally stretched, overwhelmed, weepy, flat or easily triggered
you carry guilt or harsh self-talk as a mother
you want support that includes the body, not just the mind
you need something gentle, flexible and easy to return to
you want to feel more grounded in early motherhood
Does this sound like you?
Inside this course you will be supported to
understand big emotions through a nervous system lens
soften mum guilt and inner criticism
use touch and movement as anchors when feelings rise
build more steadiness and self-compassion
feel less alone and more supported in your inner world
