These one-to-one sessions are for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally stretched, or caught in old patterns that talking, coping, or pushing through have not fully shifted.
This is a space to slow down and listen to what your body wants you to hear.
Through somatic therapy, meditation, and gentle body-based inquiry, we work with your nervous system, your emotional world, and the deeper patterns shaping how you feel, respond, and move through life.
Woven with the wisdom of nature, this work supports you to return to a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Held online via Zoom, these sessions offer at your pace support wherever you are.

We begin with what feels most alive for you.
That may be a pattern, an emotion, a relationship dynamic, a sense of overwhelm, a body sensation you cannot quite name, or simply the feeling that something is not right and you want support to listen more deeply.
From there, I gently guide the session using a blend of somatic inquiry, nervous system tracking, reflective dialogue, meditation, and body-based practices. At times I may also draw on images or metaphors from the natural world to support a different kind of listening.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you need to say.
You only need to arrive as you are.
What a session with me is like
Online sessions via Zoom
All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can access support from your own home or another private space that feels comfortable to you.
Online work can still be deeply grounded, relational, and embodied. In many cases, being in your own environment can help you feel safer, more settled, and more able to notice what is happening in your body.
What may become possible, you:

understand your patterns with greater clarity
respond to yourself with more compassion
recognise nervous system states and what they need
soften old protective habits
make space for emotion without being overtaken by it
feel more connected to your needs, your body, and your inner life
begin to trust yourself more deeply
Sometimes one session can offer a meaningful shift.
Sometimes ongoing support allows something steadier to unfold over time.
Either way, the work begins by listening.
These sessions are not for you if:
you are looking for a quick fix, rigid plan, or step-by-step performance strategy
you want coaching focused mainly on productivity, goals, or optimisation
you are wanting someone to tell you what to do rather than support you to listen more deeply to yourself
you are not open to body-based, reflective, or experiential work
you are in immediate crisis and need urgent or specialist mental health support beyond the scope of this space

Lauren brings more than ten years of experience working with women, alongside professional training as a SomaSoul somatic therapist and eco therapist, meditation teacher, and teacher trainer. Her work is shaped by a deep respect for women’s bodies and the many layers of change, care, and identity they hold.

If needed, you may also join via your phone.
Your video will need to be on to support connection and attunement. Sessions are spacious, gentle and collaborative. -

For most sessions, I ask that your video is turned on, as seeing each other’s faces and bodies really supports somatic work and a sense of connection between us.

Yes. If you are not sure whether this work is right for you, you are welcome to book a free 15 minute connection call. This is a gentle space to share a little of what you are moving through, ask questions and get a felt sense of me and how I work.
It is not a therapy session, rather a chance for both of us to see whether it feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to book afterwards. If it feels aligned, we can look at next steps together.

Sessions are available week day mornings (630-830am Brisbane Time) and afternoons (5:30-6:30pm Brisbane Time) and Saturday mornings (7.30-10.30am Brisbane Time)
